The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and had a lot of options. The rooms were clean and had all necessary facilities. The hotel's position was best possible, near the restaurant and hamam as well as Cizre👌

the staff helped with bags. the room was comfortable, had a nice view. the bed was comfy and i slept very well.

Breakfast is delicious, with options for different palates. Guests can enjoy the spa, gym facilities, and many other amenities such as free wifi and air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near transportation and local attractions.

Some staff members could benefit from better training to avoid miscommunications with customers.

This hotel is definitely worth the money! Not only is it brand new, but it also offers a great view of the surrounding town and river.
